Shipping, Exchange & Returns

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

• Delivery areas: we currently deliver to Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Damietta and Dakahlia.
• Delivery time: we confirm the expected delivery time with you when we confirm your order.
• How we reach you: we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and before delivery.

You can open your box and inspect it on delivery, before you pay.

• Check that the box matches your order.
• Check the pieces and the age range you chose.
• If something is not right, tell us straight away.

You can exchange within 30 days of delivery.

• What can be exchanged: a different age range (size) if the box does not fit your baby.
• Condition of the items: unused and in their original packaging.
• To request an exchange, submit your request within 30 days of delivery using the form below.

Exchanges are for the complete box only. Royal Box 12: size changes only (one size for all 12 pieces). Royal Box 6: eligible sizes and colors may be changed according to available product options.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. You do not pay any shipping fee to return it.

• Return conditions: the items should be unused and in their original packaging.
• Refund: choose a mobile wallet or InstaPay when submitting your request. Refunds are processed only after the full box is collected and its original packaging and condition have been inspected and approved.
