What is inside the 12-piece Royal Box?
The Royal Box has 12 soft cotton winter pieces in three designs: a Baby Thermal Romper, a Baby Thermal Basic (T-shirt & pants) and a Baby Outerwear set (T-shirt & pants). Each design comes in 4 sets and 4 colors, so the box is a complete wardrobe for your little boy.
What is inside the 6-piece box?
The 6-piece box is a lighter box of 6 soft cotton pieces. You pick from the same 3 designs, each available in 4 colors, so you build it around the shades you like.
Which box should I choose?
Choose the 12-piece Royal Box if you want everything ready, with no decisions to make. Choose the 6-piece box if you want to pick your own colors or prefer a smaller box for everyday comfort.
Are the pieces really made of cotton?
Yes. BabyTut is built around soft cotton clothing for baby boys, chosen for comfort on delicate skin.
Do you sell girls’ clothing?
Not at the moment. BabyTut is dedicated to baby boys’ clothing, and we focus on doing the two boxes really well.
Sizes & Age Ranges
How do I pick the right size?
Choose the age range that matches your baby’s current age. Not sure? Pick the closest one. If it doesn’t fit, you can exchange it within 3 days.
My baby is between two sizes. What should I do?
Message us on WhatsApp with your baby’s age and we’ll help you choose. You can also check the box when it arrives, before you pay.
Can I mix different sizes in one box?
No. Each box is prepared for one age range, so every piece in it fits together at the same size.
What if I want the next size up later?
Order a new box in the next age range when your baby grows into it. We cover babies up to 24 months.
Ordering, Payment & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Pick a box, choose the age range (and colors for the 6-piece box), then tap Buy now or Add to cart. You can also order on WhatsApp if you prefer to chat with us first.
Can I order by WhatsApp or phone?
Yes. Reach us on WhatsApp at 01550150615 for sizes, colors or placing an order.
Do I pay before the box arrives?
No need. You can open and inspect the box in front of the courier first, then pay once you are happy with it.
Are there any hidden delivery costs?
No. Delivery is free on every order and every box, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Do prices include everything?
Yes. The 12-piece Royal Box is 4,400 EGP and the 6-piece box is 2,400 EGP, with free delivery included in both.
Exchanges & Returns
How do I request an exchange?
Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your box and tell us what you’d like to change, such as a different age range.
How do I return an order?
Message us within 14 days of receiving it. You won’t pay any shipping fee for the return.
Do I pay shipping when I return or exchange?
For returns, no shipping fee is charged to you. For exchange details, message us and we’ll arrange it with you.
What is the difference between an exchange and a return?
An exchange swaps your box for another one (3-day window). A return sends the order back (14-day window).
